Job Description
- The Micro Lab Technician will complete day to day various Microbiological testing duties for the Quality Control (QC) Department.
- Microbiological reading and planning of finished goods, raw material, culture swabbing.
- Perform laboratory solution and media preparation.
- Process and analyze paperwork for QC functions.
- Administrate raw material micro testing program.
- Perform water sample collection and analysis for analytical results.
- Monitor and perform lab equipment calibrations.
- Perform data entry.
- Perform incoming inspections of carriers, ingredients and packaging materials.
- Adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product received, stored and distributed.
- Ensure that all paperwork is properly documented and stored.
- Identification testing by HPTLC/ HPLC
- Must possess excellent writing skills and the ability to work well with others.
