The role

NTO Agency is hiring an Entry-Level Client Sales Specialist to join its growing team in Frisco.

You’ll speak with individuals, self-employed professionals and small business owners, helping them understand benefit and business service options that fit their needs.

You won’t be expected to build everything from scratch either. Leads are provided, so there’s no cold calling.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, wants to develop commercially and is motivated by performance-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Clearly explain suitable benefit and service options
• Build positive, long-term client relationships
• Keep client information and activity updated in the CRM
