Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluations to accurately understand each client's mental health status, strengths, and areas for improvement.

• Design, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals, focusing on promoting autonomy and resilience.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions to adult clients, employing evidence-based interventions and solution-focused strategies to encourage meaningful therapeutic progress.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, offering clients the convenience and continuity of care with virtual access, ensuring they receive the support they need.

• Provide crisis intervention services promptly and effectively, addressing urgent situations with respect and competence to stabilize clients in distress.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to refine your skills and stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily support adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your approach will emphasize building strong therapeutic alliances based on empathy, trust, and active listening, allowing clients to feel secure and understood as they navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
