The Category Manager has the critical responsibility of managing business needs with internal partners to identify and manage a supply base to deliver value across all SBUs.**What you will do:*** Responsible for strategy development, execution of Procurement processes and supplier relationship management* Develop & implement multi-year category strategies with goals to increase spend with preferred suppliers* Develop relationships and communication strategies with internal partners to identify business needs and align supply base to achieve strategic direction* Responsible for building and managing strategic supplier relationships through formal Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) process to improve supplier performance metrics including quality, delivery, productivity, and innovation* Provide leadership and oversight of the sourcing process to ensure spend is awarded to provide the maximum value* Lead the development and negotiation of contracts through the contract lifecycle maximizing value while minimizing risk* Partner with Regional and Global Procurement teams to ensure delivery of productivity and cost avoidance* Ability to travel 10-15% **What you will bring:*** Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field* MBA or advanced degree preferred* 7+ years of experience in Procurement/Supply Chain.* Sourcing experience in the development and management of a global supply base is required* Experience within indirect sourcing is preferred* 5+ years of experience in Category Management* Demonstrated success includes supplier development across regions, responsibility for high-level negotiations, leading multi-functional projects* Strong analytics experience* Lean experience beneficial* **Communication Skills** – Exhibits enthusiasm, influences customers, represents Procurement with SBU leadership, presentation and messaging skills (understanding the audience)Supply Chain Acumen – Established long-term strategies, champions’ development and utilization of globally competitive tools and processes, drives for optimal business results focused on meeting the needs of the business.* **Project Management**– Collaborates with cross-functional leaders to align objectives, manages global project portfolio, oversees overall implementation.* **Global Business Thinking/Strategizing** - Demonstrates deep global knowledge of suppliers, industry trends, emerging markets, technology, geopolitical changes; drives this knowledge into short and long-term strategies.* **Problem Solving** - Understands customer expectations; keeps abreast of competitor/related industry problems; anticipate and avoid potential problems; supports team problem solving and corrective action plan implementation.* **Relationship Management** – Creates collaborative environment with cross-functional peers, assures regular/appropriate two-way communication flow, builds/maintains relationship with industry peers and supplier leaders, and reinforces lead on voice to the supply base.* **Change Management** – Develops and utilizes change management tools to educate business on key strategies and business objectives to support vision of indirect procurement.年度基本薪資範圍或時薪基本薪資範圍:$97,406.66 - $135,834.99薪酬類型Salary符合獎勵資格Yes符合銷售佣金資格No免責聲明:我們致力於為此職位提供具競爭力的薪酬,並根據多項因素量身訂做。實際薪酬將取決於資歷、績效、地理位置、學歷、經驗、出差需求及工會身份等要素。我們的薪酬範圍通常以該國的全國平均水平為基準。此外,福利內容可能會因地區、業務屬性、工會參與及員工身份而有所不同。**在工作和家庭中茁壯成長:*** 福利從第一天起就生效,適用於您和您的家人,包括健康保險和全面健康計劃,並提供豐厚獎勵——我們敢於關心!* 家庭建設福利包括生育保障以及收養/代孕協助。* 401K 配對高達 6%,外加額外 2% 核心貢獻 = 公司貢獻最高可達 8%。* 帶薪休假包括 15 天年假、9 天帶薪假日、3 天浮動假日、病假,以及額外選項以支持志願服務和育嬰假。* 通過公司課程提供教育和培訓機會,包括學費援助和學生貸款支持。免責聲明:福利提供可能因集體談判協議及地方/州法規而異 安全敏感職務No公司將特定職位指定為安全敏感職位。安全敏感職位可能需要您通過額外的藥物篩檢。我們提供具競爭力的薪酬以及完善的福利和相關計劃。我們是一家提供平等就業機會的雇主;所有符合資格的申請者,無論其種族、膚色、宗教、性別、性取向、性別認同、國籍、懷孕狀況、年齡、婚姻狀況、身心障礙、受保護退伍軍人身份或任何依法受保護的身分,均會獲得公平的就業考量。
