Required Skills: Medical degree (MD or DO) with valid state medical license Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Hematology, or Oncology Proven experience in outpatient oncology and hematology care Strong clinical judgment and excellent interpersonal skills Ability to manage a typical patient load of 10-15 patients daily Proficiency with EMR systems, specifically oncology EMR platforms Exceptional communication skills and collaborative mindset Capable of performing telephone-based and occasional in-person call duties Nice to Have Skills: Experience with tumor boards and multidisciplinary team collaboration Familiarity with research protocols or participation in clinical trials Prior involvement in cancer center accreditation processes Bilingual abilities or additional language skills Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution At least 2 years of post-residency practice in hematology/oncology Prior experience in outpatient oncology settings with a diverse patient population Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment Other Requirements: Active medical licensure without restrictions Willingness to participate in occasional night and weekend call as part of the schedule (1:2 call ratio) Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to clinical best practices Ability to navigate shared office and hospital systems, including EMR documentation This position offers competitive pay packages, comprehensive benefits including weekly direct deposit, paid sick leave, licensure and certification reimbursements, and access to a robust referral bonus program.
