Pay: $24-$28/hr Weekly Pay | Flexible Scheduling

Schedule: Day shifts 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in the home
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Support individualized care plans
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team

Requirements Required:

• Active LPN license
• Current BLS certification

Preferred:

• 1+ year of nursing experience

Additional Details
