Job Description Plasma donor screener and phlebotomy associate responsible for operating a plasma center, ensuring donor safety, and maintaining quality records. Responsibilities Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety. Screen new and repeat donors, record vital signs and finger‑stick results. Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation. Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes. Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift. Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees. Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and occasionally lift materials up to 32 lbs. (rarely 50 lbs.). Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance. 90% of tasks require prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1). 1 or more years minimum experience in a customer or patient‑facing role is helpful. Compensation and Benefits U.S. – MT – Billings Hourly Wage: $16.00, subject to state or local minimum wage requirements. Short‑term incentives may be available.
