Responsibilities - Internet Sales Representative: Handle all incoming internet inquiries and internet phone leads. Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner. Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, providing industry knowledge and the highest level of customer happiness. Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set appointments for a proper vehicle demonstration. Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet. Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly. Learn to overcome objections and thrive within internet sales situations. Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives and creative ideas and introduce them to the customer. Utilize dealership sales process and follow‑up system. Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Consultant: Outside internet sales experience is appreciated, but not required Attend product and sales training courses as requested by the Sales Manager. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Honesty, Integrity, Commitment, Perseverance, and the will to succeed! Skilled in computer and smartphone use Love of automobiles required! Professional appearance High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Applicants must pass pre‑employment testing including MVR, and drug screen.
