Senior Field Service Technician

Senior Field Service Technician We are looking for a Senior Field Service Technician to report to our Shakopee location and service our water treatment equipment at customer sites in the surrounding area. Responsibilities The Senior Field Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of our water purification equipment, utilizing a company service vehicle. Specific training will be provided. Willing to train the right person, but candidates with valid driving license and previous technical/mechanical/plumbing experience are especially encouraged to apply. This position has general day shift hours with overtime opportunities and a compensated on-call rotation with occasional afternoons/weekends. Qualifications HS diploma or equivalent 2–5 years technical experience (industrial or commercial process water experience a plus) Experience with Microsoft Office and the ability to utilize smart devices Ability to work in a high customer-facing position Ability to identify and remedy potential safety concerns Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, MVR, and DOT physical A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: typically less than 15% for overnight stay Salary The estimated salary range for this position starts at $28/hour–$32/hour. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills and experience.
