Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning & Instruction : Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with PA curriculum standards and meet the needs of diverse learners
• Classroom Management : Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment
• Assessment & Feedback : Regularly assess student progress, provide meaningful feedback, and adjust instruction to support success
• Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues, administrators, support staff, and families to support each student’s overall development
• Individualized Support : Partner with special education teams to provide differentiated instruction and support for students with unique learning needs
• Professional Growth : Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices and stay current on educational trends and tools

Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Instructional I or II Teaching Certificate (any subject area or grade level)
• Background Checks, up-to-date FBI and state clearances. (or willing to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in an educational setting is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
