Patient Access & Scheduling Specialist
MHM Support Services
Mercy is seeking a detail-oriented scheduling and medical clerical specialist to support patient appointments at our Saint Louis facility. The role requires at least 1 year of medical/clerical experience and strong customer service skills. You will handle scheduling, pre-authorization, and insurance-related tasks using Microsoft Office and medical terminology. Ideal candidates will be proficient in Epic RC/EMR, demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, and thrive in a fast-paced #J-18808-Ljbffr
