Registered Nurse, RN

Lebanon Center in Lebanon, NH seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The RN will deliver and coordinate clinical care for short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory care residents, including assessments, medication administration, treatment implementation, and detailed documentation.
