HIRING IMMEDIATELY - PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE Job Description

• Operate production equipment to manufacture and cut graphite or fiberglass materials according to work orders.
• Use measuring tools, hand tools, and power tools to prepare, assemble, and kit materials accurately.
• Follow detailed production instructions and complete quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
• Document production information and maintain accurate records to support quality standards.
• Maintain a clean work area while working independently or with a team to meet production goals.

Requirements

• At least two years of steady work experience, preferably in manufacturing or production.
• Experience with machine operation, assembly, kitting, or other production-related work.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with manufacturing equipment safely.
• Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools accurately.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed work instructions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and production goals.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Newport, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
