The Southaven, MS location is part of a wider network of stores that support one another in achieving sales and service goals. Role Description The Store Manager role at Versona in Southaven, MS is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing daily store operations and leading the store team. This role includes managing staff scheduling, training, and performance, as well as driving sales, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Store Manager maintains visual merchandising standards, oversees inventory handling, and supports retail loss prevention efforts through compliance with company policies and procedures. Day-to-day tasks also involve resolving customer concerns, coaching team members, and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and aligned with brand presentation guidelines. The Store Manager collaborates with regional leadership on store initiatives and contributes to a positive, inclusive, and results-oriented work environment. Qualifications Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to creating positive shopping experiences. Demonstrated Store Management experience in retail, including staff supervision, sales leadership, and operational execution. Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, coaching team members, and partnering with leadership. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including adherence to policies, monitoring shrink, and promoting a culture of safety and integrity. Proven ability to meet sales goals, interpret performance metrics, and make data-informed decisions. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail in merchandising and store presentation. Experience hiring, training, and developing retail staff; ability to foster an inclusive and respectful workplace. Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and standard office software; high school diploma or equivalent required, with prior store management experience strongly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
