Your job As Director of Business Operations, you will oversee business operations efforts that drive efficiency, alignment, and impact across the organization. You’ll oversee operational projects, optimize processes, and guide a team in delivering measurable results. Your work enables informed decision-making and fosters continuous improvement across functions. You will: Manage cross-functional operational projects and initiatives that improve efficiency and business performance. Develop and implement scalable processes, tools, and frameworks to support organizational growth. Analyze data and provide insights to guide decisions and resource allocation. Manage and mentor a team, fostering professional growth and high performance. Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to leadership and business partners. Who we are Requires a minimum of 17 years of related experience; or a minimum of 15 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Proven experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Excellent communication skills, able to influence and engage collaborators at all levels. Experience with process improvement, change management, and operational frameworks. Strategic thinking, business judgment, and attention to detail. Adaptable and proactive, able to navigate ambiguity and drive results. Offers are typically made between the range minimum and the range midpoint. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
