Job Overview:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs routine occupational health care activities, including health and wellness training, employee health services, and compliance support under the general supervision of a registered nurse.

Perform routine occupational health care activities, including health and wellness training and education, employee health services, and compliance.
Help develop, formulate, and implement plans of care based on standing orders and medical directives.
Under general supervision of a registered nurse, treat, evaluate, and assess employee illness or injury to ascertain medical direction.
Plan and implement compliance improvement projects and their deliverables.
In accordance with established procedures, conduct safety and ergonomic training and administer the basics of drug and alcohol programs.
Assist with occupational health programs.
Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualification:

High school diploma, secondary education level, or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of related work experience in nursing.
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
