Technical Operations Officer Estate Business Unit Date Posted: October 13, 2021 Location: Estancia Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day technical activities of all Ortigas-managed properties, ensuring compliance with all local and national policies and regulations governing property operations. Attend project coordination meetings and collaborate with the technical services group on implementing approved building standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical). Licensed Engineer. Proven experience in the property management and/or real estate industry.
