Rehab Registered Nurse

Rehab Registered Nurses will be responsible for providing care to patients during their rehabilitation process. Candidates should have a strong desire to see patients, such as those recovering from strokes, hip fractures, or pulmonary issues, meet their goals for improved functional ability and independence. The role involves participating in a dynamic multi-disciplinary team that supports patient recovery through comprehensive hospital care and medical supervision while they engage in rehabilitation activities. Each patient will receive 24-hour medical monitoring and care from a team of professionals, including physiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and rehab nurses. Providers will round daily during each patient's stay to ensure optimal recovery and support. Rehabilitation efforts are enhanced by state-of-the-art therapy equipment designed to aid patient recovery, including body weight support systems, treadmills, and specialized machines for improving reaction time and visual processing. This role requires flexibility, including working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care and collaboration within the healthcare team.
