Director of Finance (CPA required)

High Profile has partnered with a mission-driven non-profitorganization to identify an experienced Director of Finance . This senior leadership role is responsible for ensuring the financial stability, compliance, and long-term growth of a faith-based charitable organization with US and global operations. The Director of Finance will provide strategic financial guidance, oversee all finance operations, and serve as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. This individual will align financial strategy with organizational objectives, strengthen internal controls, and support effective decision-making at the executive and board levels. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic financial leadership as a member of the Senior Leadership Team Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Finance department Drive financial planning through performance analysis, risk assessment, budgeting, and forecasting Maintain continuous awareness of the organization’s financial position and proactively mitigate risk Prepare accurate and timely quarterly and annual financial reports for senior leadership and governing boards Present budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses at Board and Trustee meetings Ensure financial compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and audit requirements Develop, implement, and maintain sound financial policies, procedures, and internal controls Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and operational efficiency Oversee the accurate processing and maintenance of financial data across internal systems, including Salesforce, SAGE, and Navision Provide financial oversight and coordination for U.S. operations and global offices #J-18808-Ljbffr
