Position Overview
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services, seeing 30 patients per day, and will be an active contributor to a collaborative, patient-centered care model.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and medical assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses across a broad patient population
- Prescribe medications and implement appropriate treatment plans
- Provide patient education on preventive care and healthy lifestyle practices
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the electronic medical records system
- Adhere to all applicable medical regulations, laws, and ethical standards
Requirements
- Current NP or PA licensure and certification
- Active Medicare and Medicaid licenses
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
- Minimum of one years of experience in a primary care setting
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
- Comfortable working at a high-volume, fast-paced outpatient practice
