We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to join our operating room team. In this role, you will be essential to ensuring surgeries run safely and efficiently, working alongside surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists to provide critical support before, during, and after procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms for surgery, ensuring all instruments, supplies, and equipment are sterile and organized
• Assist in positioning and prepping patients for procedures
• Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons during operations
• Maintain a sterile field and anticipate the needs of the surgical team
• Count instruments and supplies before and after surgery to prevent retained items
• Assist in the cleaning and restocking of ORs post-procedure
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures
• Collaborate with perioperative staff and maintain clear, effective communication throughout all stages of surgery

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Strong understanding of aseptic and sterile techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
• Effective teamwork and communication skills
