We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our dynamic team in Rochelle, IL. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for troubleshooting and maintaining industrial automation equipment.

Responsibilities- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on various automated systems, including ASRS and servo motors.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to PLCs, VFDs, and electrical systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve system reliability and efficiency.
- Document all maintenance activities and repairs in accordance with company policies.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in electro-mechanical systems.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting industrial automation equipment.
- Strong knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, specifically with Allen Bradley and Siemens systems.
- Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and servo motors.
- Solid electrical troubleshooting skills and understanding of electrical schematics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
