Job Title: Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT)Location: Oregon Sleep Associates – Portland, ORSchedule: Fulltime | All ShiftAbout UsOregon Sleep Associates is a premier provider of comprehensive sleep medicine services in the Pacific Northwest. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) to join our collaborative and patient-focused team.Primary ResponsibilitiesSet up and conduct sleep studies using specialized monitoring equipment.Score and analyze sleep data to ensure diagnostic accuracy.Manage CPAP/BiPAP therapy during titration studies.Ensure patient safety and maintain precise documentation by clinical standards.Educate patients on PAP therapy and equipment use.Troubleshoot technical issues with monitoring and PAP devices.Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support patient care plans.Required Skills & QualificationsRPSGT certification and formal clinical training.Proficiency in sleep study setup, scoring, and PAP therapy.Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.Excellent patient care and communication abilities.High attention to detail and technical troubleshooting capabilities.Preferred QualificationsExperience conducting pediatric sleep studies.Familiarity with EMR systems and digital clinical workflows.Leadership experience or background in training new staff.Understanding of insurance processes and pre-authorizations.Why Join Us?Work in a supportive, team-oriented environment.Make a meaningful impact on patients’ health and quality of life.Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule with no overnight shifts.Access to professional development opportunities.Competitive SalaryA wide range of benefits is available If youre passionate about sleep medicine and committed to delivering exceptional patient care, we’d love to have you.
