Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in LITTLETON, Colorado. This outpatient position involves evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, and ensuring effective return to community activities. The role emphasizes patient safety, professional development, and adherence to clinical standards to deliver high-quality therapy services.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; 6-month contract desired
- Preferred Qualifications: Not specified
- Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, documents medical records accurately and timely, and ensures care aligns with physician orders and insurance requirements. Participates in student program supervision, pursues ongoing professional development, and maintains licensure in good standing. Adheres to ethical standards and regulatory compliance. Demonstrates awareness of organizational performance improvement initiatives and safety protocols to support quality care and safety.
