Summary The Designated Selling Associate represents a designated fashion brand and drives sales through personalized service, product expertise, and customer relationships. The role supports in-store and digital selling while helping maintain a customer-ready department. Responsibilities Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, appointments, and effective use of selling tools. Build customer relationships and provide confident guidance on style, fit, and product value. Share brand trends and product knowledge with peers, Stylists, and other departments. Support merchandising, stocking, displays, markdowns, merchandise transfers, and department cleanliness. Grow sales by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts and providing product feedback to management. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build customer rapport. Ability to thrive in a competitive team environment, prioritize tasks, and work a flexible schedule. Ability to understand sales reporting, educate customers on brands, and recommend products suited to their needs.
