Production Worker Opportunity
IQ Resource Group is hiring Production workers for a leading production facility in Clara City, MN!
Production and Material Handler positions available.
1st shift: 6:00am-6:00pm on a 2-2-3 schedule with rotating weekends.
Be able to rotate into various line positions when needed.
Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Report production and quality issues to supervisor.
Stage materials for delivery or pickup.
Perform packaging line duties.
Review with prior shift operator about state of production.
Follow production schedules.
Maintain daily sanitation.
Ensure bags are stacked orderly.
Minimum Education Required: None
Minimum Experience Required:
It can become very hot in the production area, would need to be able to work in the heat.
Lifting 50-55 pounds up to waist height.
Lots of bending and being on feet for a prolonged time period.
Must be willing to cross-train and help others during downtime.
Forklift Certified highly preferred.
Steel Toe shoes are required
