Title: Human Resources Generalist - Location: Charleston, SC
Position Type : Full Time Compensation
Pay Range:$70,000-$85,000 Per year Description
This position is located in Charleston, SC, and is a full-time role.
The responsibilities include managing the entire employee life cycle, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and facilitating training and development.
Candidates should be familiar with general HR technologies and practices. Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire employee life cycle, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training.
Ensure compliance with training, continuing education, and work assessments.
Administer HR programs such as compensation, benefits, leave, and performance management.
Facilitate employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Collaborate with managers to recruit and hire qualified candidates. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
SHRM-CP certification preferred.
Experience in manufacturing preferred.
Proficiency with HR technologies.
