Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Conversational AI / GenAI Architect with 10 15 years of software engineering experience and strong expertise in Java, Python, and AWS . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building Conversational AI solutions using Sierra , along with experience in LangChain or similar AI/GenAI frameworks.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, cloud architecture, and scalable enterprise applications and will be responsible for designing and delivering intelligent, enterprise-grade conversational experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and architect Conversational AI solutions using Sierra .
- Build intelligent, context-aware conversational experiences leveraging LLMs, AI agents, and enterprise data sources .
- Integrate Conversational AI capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and backend systems.
- Develop scalable applications and services using Java and Python .
- Design and deploy cloud-native solutions using AWS .
- Apply strong system design and architecture principles to build highly scalable, reliable, secure, and performant solutions.
- Leverage Sierra and/or LangChain for AI orchestration, agent workflows, tool integration, and conversational experiences.
- Design solutions involving LLM orchestration, RAG, prompt engineering, memory/context management, and AI agents .
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices required to support Conversational AI solutions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
