Staff Physician (New York)

Overview

Judson Health Center is seeking a full-time primary care provider to join our integrated primary care team, currently comprising adolescent medicine, internal medicine, family medicine physicians, clinical social workers, integrated care psychiatrists, and a nursing and administrative staff. The position is for an internal medicine or family physician and is outpatient-based.

Historically known for serving the surrounding Hispanic and Asian communities, Judson is part of NYC Health + Hospitals Gotham Health and operates in a collaborative, integrated model focused on access, connectivity, and behavioral health integration, including mental health and substance use support. Judson is located at 34 Spring St. in Soho, Manhattan.

This is a full-time outpatient MD/DO clinical role with an expectation of some evening and weekend hours for clinical coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care as part of an integrated care team, including collaboration with adolescent medicine, internal medicine, family medicine physicians, clinical social workers, and integrated care psychiatrists.
• Deliver comprehensive preventive and episodic care in alignment with the needs of diverse patient populations served by Judson Health Center.
• Participate in clinic coverage that may require some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin/Cantonese is valuable.
