Candidate Source is hiring for a brand-new, robotics-enabled distribution center in Ashland, VA! This facility handles health, wellness, and nutritional products in a clean, modern, and tech-driven environment. We have open positions and are looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members to start immediately. Temporary for 5-6 weeks possibly longer!

Quick Role Highlights:

Shift: 4x10 hour days 8:30am-7:30pm Able to work Sunday and Friday and 2 other week day shifts that will be assigned. Overtime required as needed.

What You'll Do (The Day-to-Day):

As a Packing Associate , you will be counting and verifying the items, using an RF Scan gun and computer terminal. Your tasks include:

Tech-Driven : Use smartphones or RF scanners to scan the product.
Order Prep: Verify product codes for accuracy, and prep items for outbound shipping.
Inventory Accuracy: Scanning items , verifying quantities, and checking product codes.
Team Support: Assisting other warehouse departments as needed to ensure daily goals are met.

What We're Looking For:

Reliable Transportation: You have a dependable way to get to Ashland, VA.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, and RF scanners.
Physically Active: Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for a full shift.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and basic math proficiency (counting/simple calculations).
Experience: Previous experience in picking/packing a plus.
