QUALIFIED MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL (QMHP) - Full-Time – Greenwood Care, Evanston, IL

Greenwood Care, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility (SMHRF) in Evanston, IL, has an Immediate Opening for a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).

This is a Full-Time position with a 3p - 11p Schedule - Every Other Weekend Required.

Up to $29.00 per hour ! (Depending upon which benefit plan selected )

Responsibilities of the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP):

• Conduct intake interviews
• Collaborate with clinical team in development and implementation of a service/treatment plan
• Monitoring and assessment

Supervise/train MHPs

• Crisis intervention
• May lead consumers in recreational, educational, and/or treatment activities
• Maintain all consumer documentation
• Manage a caseload of up to 30 cases
• Attend clinical team meetings as required

of the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP):

• Master’s level degree in human services related major
• Previous experience treating individuals with severe and persistent psychiatric disorders
• Strong crisis management abilities and working knowledge of evidence-based treatments and community resources
• Experience in a Long-Term Care facility
