The leadership team offers approximately 55 years of combined medical sales experience across both large and small organizations, providing strong industry expertise and mentorship for team members. Role Description This is a full‑time Medical Device Sales Representative role based in Dallas, TX. The role involves developing and managing relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and hospital staff, focusing on craniomaxillofacial and chest wall surgical specialties. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include planning and conducting sales calls, product demonstrations, and in‑service training, as well as supporting procedures in the operating room to ensure proper product use. The representative will be expected to manage a defined territory, achieve sales targets, and collaborate closely with internal teams and manufacturer partners. The role also includes attending relevant industry events, staying current on clinical and product knowledge, and providing responsive customer support. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales and general Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing. Candidates should possess experience or comfort working in the Operating Room environment, including adherence to hospital protocols and sterile field awareness. Candidates should possess a solid foundation in medical concepts to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and interpret clinical information. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, life sciences, business) or equivalent professional experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust‑based relationships. Self‑directed work style, effective territory and time management, and proficiency with standard office software.
