About the Opportunity

I am currently retained by a global leader in intelligent cloud-based platforms to find a ServiceNow AI Architect to join their team in DACH. This organization provides innovative technology to thousands of customers worldwide, connecting people, systems, and processes to find smarter ways to work.

In this role, you will be the technical heartbeat of GenAI adoption. You will drive customer outcomes, roadmaps, and value realization through hands‑on delivery and high‑level technical advisory.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Advisory: Provide expert guidance on utilizing GenAI technologies to meet specific business objectives.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product success, and marketing to ensure seamless deployment of AI solutions.
• Enablement Leadership: Lead GenAI enablement programs and develop "Impact Accelerators" to fast‑track customer value.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends in GenAI/ML and contribute to white papers and internal knowledge bases.
• Strategic Delivery: Drive roadmaps and value realization for enterprise accounts.

Requirements

• Platform Expertise: 3+ years of experience with the ServiceNow Platform is ideal.
• Technical Advisory: At least 5 years in a technology advisory role focused on AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science .
• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ; Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly desired.
• Language: Fluency in German and English is essential.
• Communication: Ability to translate complex GenAI concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Travel: Ability to travel up to 50% annually to engage with customers and partners.
