The Company’s racino, Fairmount Park - Casino & Racing, features live racing, electronic gaming machines, live table games, food and beverage amenities, and pari-mutuel betting.Job Description:Position BasicsTechnicians are in the field 40hrs/week, in bars, restaurants, gas stations, truck stops, etc.,Rates range from $20-$26/hour, dependent on related work experience & proficiencyWill train inexperienced candidatesHiring for 4 10 hour shifts, 3:30pm-2am, Wednesday-SaturdayAdditional shift differential for weekends and 2nd/3rd shiftsShift starts from homeCompany-supplied vehicle + fuel cardCompetitive benefits - health insurance inc. vision and dental; 401(k) w/ match; PTO + paid holidays; and additional total rewardsQualificationsGreat Customer ServiceHigh school diploma or equivalentTerminal Handler's License - costs covered by companyRelevant experience preferred but not required – ATM, amusement, gaming or other electronic / mechanical aptitude (examples – HVAC, low voltage, cable, phone, internet, automotive)Ability to communicate effectively & follow written or verbal instructionStrong organizational, problem-solving, analytical skillsComputer literacy helpful but not requiredValid driver’s licenseMinimum of 21 years of ageFrequently required to lift/push weights up to 50 poundsSummaryThe primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, maintaining and repairing gaming devices, ATMs, amusement equipment, and redemption devices for Accel Entertainment, loading and unloading supplies, as well as assisting in other areas as needed.Duties and ResponsibilitiesRespond to and troubleshoot service calls for equipment repairs in a timely mannerInteract with clerks, restaurant staff, management, and customers to solve issues as they ariseProvide exemplary customer serviceManage inventory to ensure parts are available when repairs are neededComplete all necessary documentation for device entry and logsPerform auditing procedures on slot machines, amusement devices, dispensers, and ATMs#AEGamingBase Pay Range:$20.00 - $26.00 Hourly, based on experienceThis range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position.
