Overview Stand with ECCO! ECCO, one of the world’s premier footwear companies, is now hiring for a Brand Ambassador / Sales Associate. We seek a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our Retail Team. Responsibilities Educate guests with product knowledge by sharing features, advantages and benefits of shoes to help guests make informed buying decisions. Proficiently operate the cash register, including accountability for variances on assigned drawers and be knowledgeable in loss prevention awareness. Maintain general housekeeping on a daily basis and assist management in non-selling tasks such as shipment processing, stock counts and maintaining product displays. Adhere to ECCO’s policies and procedures, such as scheduling and dress code guidelines, outlined in the employee handbook and operations manual. Possess strong communication skills, have the ability to prioritize work, maintain superior organization and follow-up skills, and act as a Brand Ambassador by exercising good judgment in resolving customer service issues. Maintain a positive attitude and be willing to contribute towards ECCO’s culture of passion, innovation and sustainability; act as a role model and demonstrate effective selling skills and techniques on the sales floor. Ability to model effective selling skills on the sales floor and provide a high level of customer service.
