The Opportunity We're looking for an MLO who understands theNon-QM marketand knows how to turn complex borrower scenarios into closed loans. Most importantly, we have leads available to be worked ASAP. If you have experience with self-employed borrowers, bank statement loans, DSCR, asset-based lending, investor financing, or other alternative mortgage products, this is an opportunity to put that expertise to work immediately. You'll be expected to quickly assess incoming opportunities, identify the right financing solution, communicate effectively with borrowers, and move qualified prospects through the application and closing process. You bring the Non-QM expertise and production mindset. We'll provide the platform, resources, and opportunities to help you produce.
