Our locally owned Mooresville,NC location has an established and loyal clientele, and we are looking for an exceptional dual-licensed provider to join our growing team.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Our dual-therapist compensation offers an average annual total compensation of $70,000–$85,000 , including base pay, commission, and tips based on approximately 25 massage/esthetics service hours per week.

Our services offer total earning potential of approximately $45–$70 per service.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this dual role, you will have the opportunity to provide services within both your Massage Therapy and Esthetics licenses , including:

• Perform high quality customized massage and facial/skincare treatments based on each client's individual needs
• Develop treatment recommendations designed to deliver quality results
• Create an exceptional healing and wellness experience through routine visits and long-term treatment plans
• Design and recommend progressive treatment plans based on clients' skincare goals
• Educate clients about skincare routines, services, enhancements, and appropriate home-care products
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, webinars, and advanced modality education
• Work toward service and retail goals established by spa management
• Support membership and referral growth
• Maintain the professionalism and cleanliness of treatment rooms and common areas

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active North Carolina Massage Therapist license
• Active North Carolina Esthetics license
• Ability to maintain appropriate professional liability insurance
• Preferably 2+ years of professional spa/wellness experience(Min 1+ year each in esthetics and massage therapy)
• Strong client-service and relationship-building skills
• Passion for both therapeutic wellness and skincare
• Professional, dependable, positive, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn Hand & Stone protocols, services, enhancements, and skincare modalities
• Availability for select evening and weekend shifts; one weekend day is required
