Medical Support Assistant

Duties

Perform a variety of administrative duties in support of the medical facility.

Maintain daily appointment schedules and generate documents/reports using the automated system and appropriate software.

Coordinate patient scheduling activities of the medical facility to ensure a smooth flow of the daily services.

Review all medical records documents to ensure accuracy of information.

Receive patients and visitors as the initial point of contact, in person or telephonically.
