Business Office Manager

Sandy River Center, a Genesis HealthCare skilled nursing and rehab facility in Farmington, ME, is seeking a Business Office Manager to lead all business office and revenue cycle functions. In this resident-centered, clinically focused environment, you will oversee billing, Medicare/Medicaid and third-party payer processes, resident trust and accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. The Business Office Manager supervises office staff, ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, supports audits, and partners closely with clinical and administrative leaders to maintain accurate financial records.
