We're Hiring: Production Worker I

Location: Casa Grande, AZ (100% On-site)

Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (12-hour shifts)

Type: Contract through April 2027 (Non-Exempt | Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours)

Are you detail-oriented, safety-minded, and looking for a long-term position with a growing team in Casa Grande? We are seeking a Production Worker I to join our production team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure high quality standards.
• Accurately label, package, and prepare products for distribution.
• Maintain complete and precise records following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Work in controlled environments, including clean-room operations when required.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or warehouse environments.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO, or regulated facility safety protocols.
• Active OSHA 10-Hour certification is a major plus!
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and work effectively under moderate supervision.
• Fluent in English (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
