Maintain project adherence to safety, compliance with federal, state regulations and corporate policies. Communicate with clients and employees; provide timely, concise information. Prepare proposals, cost estimates, work scopes and schedules. Develop customer relationships and understand customer issues. Guide subordinates to meet budget expectations. Lead credit and collections issues related to generated work. Provide engineering and technical support to industrial service offices. Take full responsibility for all project facets including finances and documentation; primary point of contact for correspondence. Support proposal preparation, cost estimates, subcontractor selection and procurement. Enforce policies and procedures related to health & safety. Work closely with the Director of Health & Safety and VP to resolve issues. Ensure financial documentation is precise, accurate and represents project health. Adhere to health & safety compliance and regulations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required). Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences or related disciplines preferred. 5+ years experience in industrial services, hydro blasting or chemical cleaning. Experience with cost estimating and computer systems. Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong customer management skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Record keeping and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Clean Harbors is an equal opportunity employer.
