You’ll configure solutions, troubleshoot issues, conduct testing, collaborate across departments, and help customers successfully adopt our proprietary platforms. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and turning complex technical concepts into practical solutions, this could be the role for you.What You’ll DoLead and support software implementations for utility customersConfigure workflows, troubleshoot issues, and perform QA/testingCollaborate with Project Managers, Developers, Data Analysts, and Support teamsUse SQL and application knowledge to analyze data and validate system performanceProvide customer training, guidance, and post-go-live supportHelp improve processes, documentation, and product functionalityMentor junior team members and contribute to team strategy and innovationWhat We’re Looking For4+ years of experience in software implementation, business systems, or a related roleExperience with SQL, JIRA, and ConfluenceStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCustomer-focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving and collaborationBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferredOutstanding Medical/Dental/VisionEducation/Training ReimbursementFlexible Spending AccountHealth/Wellness ReimbursementExcellent Life and AD&D insurancePaid Time Off: Eligible to begin accrual from date of hire; accrual amount based on years of service. Following one year of eligible service, the Company contributes in two ways: (1) match of 100% of each dollar you contribute on the first five percent (5%) of eligible compensation, and (2) Employer basic contribution of 4% of base salary (with increases in basic contribution percentage based on years of service).
