VMWare Cloud Foundation Engineer

Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, cloud platforms, and production environments.

Hands-on experience managing VMware Cloud Foundation environments, including SDDC Manager, workload domains, lifecycle management, and integrated VMware stack.

Installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, cluster management, HA, DRS, resource allocation, storage, and networking.

Experience with vRA, vROps, vRLI and/or vRNI for automation, monitoring, logging, analytics, and operations management.

Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, deployment automation, and operational tasks.

Build and maintain PowerCLI or PowerShell scripts for VMware administration, reporting, and operational automation.

Administration, troubleshooting, patching, and support of Windows Server and Linux virtual machines in enterprise environments.

Experience monitoring VMware infrastructure, analysing performance, identifying issues, conducting root cause analysis, and resolving production incidents.

Experience maintaining platform availability, implementing reliability improvements, automation, operational excellence, and proactive incident prevention.

Experience supporting upgrades, patching, VMware Lifecycle Manager, configuration management, and change implementation.

Experience supporting mission-critical production environments with adherence to SLA, incident, problem, and change management processes.

Experience working with Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, Security, Network, and Application teams to deliver infrastructure services and platform enhancements.
