Job Description

The Lead Superintendent manages multifamily construction from start to finish — owning day-to-day field operations and driving timely delivery, budget adherence, and superior quality.

Select Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient sequencing
• Develop and drive project timelines and key milestones
• Supervise and direct on-site personnel and subcontractors in a safe, productive environment
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance; conduct safety meetings and inspections
• Perform regular quality-control inspections to meet project specs and standards
• Monitor budget and expenditures with the PM; serve as on-site point of contact for clients, subs, and suppliers

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience as a lead superintendent focused on ground up multifamily projects
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office
• OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred)
• Local to the Austin market
