This role is an opportunity for an experienced client-facing professional to manage and grow a portfolio of digital marketing accounts.
You will serve as a trusted strategic partner to clients, ensuring strong relationships, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
The position combines account management, business development, campaign oversight, and consultative client service.
You will work closely with internal marketing teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and aligned with client objectives.
By analyzing campaign performance, you will identify opportunities, provide actionable recommendations, and help clients achieve measurable results.

Accountabilities:

• Manage a portfolio of digital marketing clients, maintaining strong relationships and identifying opportunities to increase account value and retention.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a consistently high level of service, responsiveness, and satisfaction.
• Build trusted, long-term client partnerships by understanding business objectives, challenges, and evolving marketing needs.
• Identify and pursue upselling and account expansion opportunities based on client goals and performance needs.
• Coordinate with internal SEO, PPC, social media, paid advertising, and other marketing teams to ensure campaigns are executed successfully.
• Monitor campaign performance and translate data and results into clear insights, recommendations, and next steps for clients.
• Lead regular strategy meetings, client check-ins, and business reviews to communicate progress, discuss opportunities, and maintain alignment.
• Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally while protecting the quality of the overall client relationship.
• Manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously while ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and client expectations are consistently met.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager within a digital marketing agency is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience managing and growing client accounts in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services, particularly SEO, PPC, social media, and paid advertising.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and service quality.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to recognize and communicate upselling and growth opportunities.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable presenting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to clients.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal marketing teams and coordinate multiple moving parts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented digital marketing agency environment.
