Mobile Crisis Peer Support Specialist

Center for Life Management is seeking a Full-time Peer Support Specialist for its Acute Care Department in New Hampshire. The role provides crisis assessment, family consultation, and rapid response to youth, adults and elders, with a focus on diverting unnecessary ER visits. Schedule is Mon/Tue/Fri 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., totaling 36 hours weekly. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, use trauma-informed care, and support clients through recovery. #J-18808-Ljbffr
