Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 10-Hour Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients throughout an assigned shift
• Prescribe and deliver nursing care based on the nursing process, consistent with the medical plan of care and patient/family input
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary health care team members to coordinate patient care delivery across all age groups
• Incorporate patient teaching and discharge planning into the overall plan of care
• Delegate appropriate aspects of patient care to other nursing staff based on clinical competence and legal scope of practice

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Provider Card (Fundamentals or Standard course depending on experience)
• ONC/ONCC-CHIM certification
• EPIC experience within the last 12 months and recent Cerner experience required; charting systems must be documented in work history

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Acute care facility experience
• OCN Certification and/or PICC Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor
