FINANCIAL COUNSELOR

Responsibilities The Financial counselor/Biller is responsible for completing financial assessments of the patient's ability to pay, collecting deposits, negotiating payment arrangements, securing financing of self‑pay liability, and identifying funding sources. Also responsible for submitting electronic and manual billings account statements and for follow‑up with third‑party payers for claims resolution. Qualifications High School Diploma. Minimum of 2 years experience in the Billing Department.
