Menomonee Falls, WI | Starting at $19–$21/hr (pay may increase with experience!) | Temp-to-Hire

Are you passionate about quality? We’re seeking Quality Technicians for a top manufacturing facility, offering hands-on training and true growth potential.

Shifts Available (both shifts need to be available to be trained during 1st shift):

• 2nd shift: 3PM-11PM (Mon-Friday)
• 3rd shift: 11PM-7AM (Sun – Thurs)

What You’ll Do

• Audit and inspect products/processes for quality
• Operate lab equipment and measurement tools
• Complete documentation, reports, and quality alerts
• Mentor junior team members
• Support new training and procedures

You’re a Fit If You Have:

• High school diploma/GED
• 2+ years quality or 5+ years manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, blueprints, and measurement tools
• Have understanding of metrology fundamentals and GD&T. (preferred)
