Lima facility Hiring Warehouse and Manufacturing Loaders and Unloaders to join their growing team!

This 1st shift career opportunity offers a 6:50 am - 3:30 pm schedule. Paying $16.00.

Monday-Friday schedule. *The pre-shift meeting starts promptly at 6:50 am, and all employees must be present for the daily pre-shift meeting.

Job duties:

Could be lifting up to 25 pounds consistently throughout the day as the maximum weight. Loading a wide variety of parts on a monorail moving 17' per minute. These parts can consist of casting weighing on average of 15-25lbs. Sheet metal, which is on the lighter scale. Anything over 50 lbs. you will use a lift assist. The unloaders are to inspect parts for any type of defects, like blisters/ light coated / no coats.


WILL TRAIN!! Employees must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 25lbs.

Additional info:
• Service-oriented facility. We do not make parts, we apply protective coatings.
• The environment is NOT temperature-controlled. Dress for the weather.

Overtime:
• 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday. Weekends are offered if the customer needs, but the volunteer list is taken weekly. You are never mandated but are offered the opportunity to work.
